Our Quality department was reinforced in the year 2000, the year we received our first organic certification. It is composed today of 14 colleagues in the laboratory itself, set up in the same year, and 3 persons in charge of quality management, certifications and audits.
The involvement and continuous training of our team allows constant quality monitoring during the production season as well as reactivity in our daily activities, audits and client requests.
We use equipment from SARTORIUS, SI ANALYTICS, ATAGO, GENESYS 20 to monitor and evaluate different data for our products such as moisture, ashes or PH. Our chain of magnets and sieves combined with cross-controls along the production chain ensure a product free of foreign bodies.
A yearly calibration of our material takes place at the end of every crop to comply with the requirements of the certification bodies.
The regular audits performed at the plant, either to renew our certifications or by our customers visiting/certifying us, also provides for permanent improvement opportunities to prepare for the future challenges of an ever changing sector.
Our very wide range of social, environmental and organic certifications allow us to serve a very wide range of customers from all over the world. Our made to order approach allows clients to stock on products that match perfectly specific market requirements or industrial specificities. Combination of various certifications are available on request.
We are confident that, among our current list of 22 certifications, we can provide our global and local customers, large or small, with the right certification/product combination that will provide that competitive edge required in their respective markets.
