HIBERNIA MISIONES produces sugar and its sub product, molasses, both made exclusively from organic sugar cane grown in Paraguay. The production is entirely processed within our facility in Santa Maria de Fé. We are very proud to call all of our products “made in Paraguay”.
Our high quality standards allow us to certify year after year our production according to the highest international norms, constantly adapting our offering to the ever evolving requirements of social and environmental compliance.
Our sugars can either be packed in 1,000 kgs Big bags or 25 kgs (or 50lbs) kraft bags with double layers. Sugar in any packaging can be palletized if necessary. Minimum order is one container load. The molasse on the other hand is loaded in 25 MT Flexitanks or in 1 MT Kubitanks.
Specs
We have a wide range of references for our sugars which should meet all your requirements with Icumsa ranging from 350 to a maximum of 8,500. We adapt our production during the crop to your needs, grain size and color range.

HIGH POL
Our High Pol raw cane sugar, having the lowest Icumsa range of our sugars, is the lightest of all our production. Industrial and retail use alike.
(SUPER) CASTER LIGHT
One of our clearest but also finest sugar, the caster light range is a good option for confectionary, cooking or industrial application. Finer grains facilitate application and dissolution.
Golden Light
Our Golden Light raw cane sugar has this golden glow much appreciated by industrial and retail customers alike. Its rather balanced taste makes it a good choice when the visual is the key.
Golden brown
Our Golden Brown raw cane sugar has this brownish golden. A range of colors is available with a light taste of molasse which will without any doubt respond to the needs of private labels’ organic offer.
(DARK) DEMERARA
Our Demerara range gives a good option in terms of high granulometry and high ICUMSA range. Very distinctive caramelized flavors. The Premium organic retailers appreciate to have this kind of product highlighted in their sugar offer.
WHOLECANE
Our Whole cane sugar also called “Raw Sugar” or “Panela” is a very distinctive sugar, darker and more humid. Flavor has high notes of molasses. Its high nutritional value makes it a product very demanded by the consumers as such or for pastry purposes.
Melaza
We sell one single type of molasse with standard specifications (availability on request) for both human and animal consumption.
